A free business card maker that is ready for print
Create a professional business card without design software. Choose a template, add your details and logo, and download files that any print shop accepts. Everything happens in your browser: your contact details and logo are never uploaded, and there is no sign-up or watermark.
8 modern, double-sided templates
Cobalt, Minimal, Diagonal, Night, Classic, Corner, Stripe and Monogram cover everything from clean corporate cards to bold creative designs. Each one has a matching back side with your logo or company name, your tagline and an optional QR code. Pick a colour theme or set your own accent, dark and light colours, and choose from six heading fonts.
A QR code that saves your contact
The back of the card can carry a QR code containing a vCard. When someone scans it with their phone camera, your name, job title, company, phone, email, website and address are offered as a new contact, with no typing and no typos. Prefer to send people to your site or portfolio? Switch the QR code to your website link.
Print-ready files
- Print PDF: front and back at the exact card size, with 3 mm (or 0.125 in) bleed and crop marks. This is the format professional printers ask for.
- A4 sheet ×10: ten cards per page with cut marks, for printing at home or in the office on thick paper. The back page is mirrored for double-sided printing.
- PNG 300 dpi: high-resolution images of the front and back, for online printing services or digital use.
Standard business card sizes
Choose 85 × 55 mm, the standard in the UK, Ireland and most of Europe, or 3.5 × 2 in (88.9 × 50.8 mm), the standard in the US and Canada. The red dashed line in the preview shows where the card will be trimmed: keep important text inside it.
Tips for a great business card
- Keep it simple: name, title and two or three ways to reach you.
- Use a high-resolution or vector logo.
- Print on 350 gsm or heavier card for a premium feel.
- Test the QR code with your phone before printing a large batch.
- Always keep bleed on when sending files to a print shop.
